Please have the shipping address contain the legal or recognized name of you or the resident of the address, as using a fake name or pseudonym may result in the order being returned to the sender. Should the package be returned as a result of the recipient's neglect to pick up the package within the holding center's allotted timeframe, we will charge you an additional fee to reship it.

This shop ships internationally from the United States to most territories. However, due to restrictions on packages coming in from the US, we CANNOT ship to the following locations: 

Brunei, Cuba, Eritrea, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Martinique, Mongolia, Reunion, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Samoa, South Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen

If your order has an address in one of these locations, you will be refunded.

If you are purchasing from a location that requires VAT to be paid on imports, please know that our store does not cover VAT. That means that upon the package arriving in your location, you will be subject to paying the tax at an increased cost, as we are not VAT registered, in accordance with new VAT laws. Please only purchase from our store if this is something you are willing to do.
